    Anemone 'Blue and White'

The Anemone 'Blue and White', 'Anemone blue and white', fall planted tubers, produces a spectacular mixture of dainty daisy-like flowers in deep blue and white. The Anemone blue and white is a combination of the Anemone 'Mr. Fokker' and the Anemone 'Bride'. Plant several of them close together to create a ground cover. These Anemone's are very hardy and they multiply every year. Anemones grow well in southern climates. When left in the ground to perennialize, they form magnificent flower carpets.<p/>The "Blue and White" Anemones will flower for 4 to 6 weeks in early to mid-spring. Anemones are great for naturalizing, mass plantings, containers, rock gardens, ground covers and borders. These plants are deer, rabbit and squirrel resistant. Note: Soak the tuber in tepid water for about 12 hours before planting to promote early sprouting.
